Headache problem
I am suffering with a permanent headache. I confirmed that this is not migraine. I have no any eye problems.

Headaches may be due to refractive error in eye. You must get your eye check up done from an ophthalmologist along with dilated refraction. If still no positive finding comes then you must consult a physician and get a CT scan or MRI done as your physician advises.
