Headache on temporal side

When I concentrate to read a book or onto a screen, I get headache on temporal sides with continous contraction and expansion. Why is it so? Please suggest a cure for this.

Hi, based upon ur clinical symptoms it may be due to refractive error in eyes. whenever your reading make sure there is adequate brightness of light source. If symptoms persists contact ur Eye surgeon

its also bettr to rule out tension headache...which occurs mainly by stress or abnormal postures while reading and watching advice:- be relaxed in stressful situations read and watch in appropriate postures so that ur eye muscles don get strained kindly meet ur physician also...
