Headache n heaviness
From d past 3 days (sometimes I do have migrain mild) I have problem of headache it feels heavy like if I walk with every step my nerves r tensed,it feels like someone is banging from one side.i drink lots of water but I am on low calorie diet for weight lose n I don't sleep more thn 3 hours a day due to stress.i am doing exercise also.wen I sleep everything is fine but after evening it started like a mild migrain.I hv also had CT scan which came normal in Sep 2015

Hi..... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on.
