Headache in back skull while studying
I am preparing for govt job. I had my mains exams in oct and during preparation i got thid bad headache. when exam was over. it is gone and then again whenever i start studying. The headache has returned. It pains mainly on the sides and the lower back of the skull. I got my eyes tested. There is no problem with the same. I have spectacles. Please help.

It can be tension headache or migraine.your body requires more than 3 litres of fluids, minimum 8 hours of sleep at night and reduce stress and tensions.. symptoms persist you can consult online.
