Headache due to sinus

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I have been having headache for the past three days due to sinus.Daily morning and evening i did the hot water healing for 3 minutes and today only i used the nasal drops.But still the head ache is continuing. I request you to pl subscribe some medicines.
