Headache below eyebrow

Iam having headache a lot of times under my eyebrows region. I feel like someone should press it. What can cause it?? I dont have any specific eye number. But my left eye is a lil squint. Not permanent. Only is visible sometimes. Pls suggest

It can be due to muscle fatigue because of too much digital exposure. Sinusitis can also cause frontal headache.
Reduce screen time
Improve lifestyle
Use lubricating drops
If needed check with doctor.
