Headache at occiput
Hello doctor from last 2 days I m having pain in my occiput reason of brain last night I was feeling like I m rotating than I sleep at morning I was having nothing today whole day no pain again now I m having pain I checked my Blood pressure which 104/64 mm Hg ....what could be cause is anything serious?sholud I consult doctor?I m feeling more pain while sleeping with pillow putting occiput on it...Plz help need advise...

Try the below mentioned tips,  if the problem persists,  This might be an instance of survical and proper medical attention should be called for.
Next Steps
Pleas do not take pillow under head during sleeping for some days. Do some exercise of head as rotate clockwise and. anticlockwise.Then move head forward   and backward. Similarly both side. .
