At age of 16 yrs due to overuse of smartphone ,laptop & watching TV for long time  without blinking & break you are severely suffering from dryness (computer Vision syndrome) ,&dryness is causing blurring of vision after half an hour & headache .you should consult ophthmologist for refraction if any& go for antiglare glass.During working on smartphone & computer number of blinking drastically comes down from around 24per minute to around 8 per minute leading to severe dryness causing burning &headache. You should try  to have normal blinking while working on smartphone or computer &follow computer operator ,please blink ,blink & blink& you may use lubricating eye drops 4-5 times regularly to avoid burning & dryness (Refresh liquigel), with regards
