Headache and stomach ache
I'm 22 yr old man,having sudden strong headache near the eye,temple and the centre of the skull.this headache is been there since 3 days.and since last night, I'm having stomach ache which feels like i want to defecate but i don't. I'm 5"8',64kgs and i also workout but these days I am under a bit of stress and i also don't eat properly because of the same.
