Headache and heaviness
I am getting severe headaches when tying my hair up in ponytail. Even hairbands hurt a lot for small stress they put behind my ear. There was continuous pain on centre top of my head for a day with eye strain. My eyes also hurt when i see light. This happens regularly. A 1 hour sleep is the remedy what i found.

Hi
There are various types of headache due to various cause like tension headache, cluster headache , sinusitis, migraine , Vision problem and neurological issues as well.... Kindly consult physician to look for cause and treat accordingly...
