I have this head tilt to right side with chin down since childhood.As this problem was since childhood I did not recognize it as a big problem but while i was growing from a child to an adult i had experienced and experiencing different health issues and my quality of health and social life were really horrible to say the least. And my left occipital and back skull  found little bigger than right Is head tilt the reason for left skull being bigger ?it's evident while am sleeping on a pillow since head is turning again to right side How head tilt effects my skull bone ?
