From few days was having weakness and lightheaded but I ignore them buy ystday night it was head spin body shivering and got paint attck all together ...even I try to sleep but couldn't then headache also there I hv taken dizztac tab 1 Petril0.25 2 Pacinac np 1 Then I got sleep... I'm diabetic type 2.and having pics this kind of experience I never had it before... Could you advise something.... These kind of head spin and lightheartedness come in episode to me throughout years and then go... Help
