Head reeling problem in walking
Im 24 yrs male having left and right side light  pain and uneasiness and fast heart  beat,checked by local RMP they told bp 120/90,other RMP told 150/100,next day  went to cardiologist MD Dm ,he checked bp 120/80,pulse 133,checked via stethoscope and told it is due to tension don't worry he did not prescribe any medicine ,what else I want to do now ,I want to do any tests,now no chest pain , previously I masturbate 2-3 times in a week now while walking my head is reeling and I thought I will fall while sitting no reeling head no head dim ,what is the problem sir is due to vitamin deficiency or any iam vegetarian ,no smoke and drinking habit,weight 94kg,previous day less sleep today I sleep 8hrs ,is there any calcium or vit d or magnesium deficiency,

hello. you had consulted a well qualified cardiologist and he gave you correct advice. he checked your BP correctly too. I think you are more worried from your masturbation habit. its normal activity and does not lead to any illness, else than psycological weakness.
