I have sinus problem but from few days I am suffering from severe headache problem. I tired ice pack and warm water inhaler .Please suggest something.

Apply warm ginger paste over forehead. ginger powder 1 tsp 5 to 6 tsp room temperature milk mix well and heat it in low flame .. upto paste form.. apply this over forehead for 2 or 3times.. 4 to 4 hrs. gap.. for a day.. and consult for finding cause in routine
