Long term use of medication over & above the prescribed dose & duration can cause more physical harm than good. If you think that you are addicted to it & unable to stop it, then visit a psychiatrist & discuss in detail about your problem so that appropriate treatment can be given. If the headache is since long time, then the cause for the same needs to be evaluated
