Head moving
My head is moving slowly.....from back of my head,what is the exact reason?is it migraine?need help from any one?

Hi there... I can understand your concern.. giddiness can be due to various reasons like ear causes- benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, ear infection(otitis media), menieres disease, vestibular neuronitis, labrynthitis or any brain infection/bleeding/tumor or motion sickness, migraine, low hemoglobin(anemia), low blood sugar(hypoglycemia), low blood pressure(hypotension)... the exact reason can be known only after complete examination.. so please consult nearby physician in person..
