My head under hair have some granulation. not more granulation . when i wash. no any granulation just for one day . i changed also shampoo if you tell me what kind of shampoo i use or what i do thanks

hello,Dandruff may be the result of a dry scalp, or a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis. It could also be caused by eczema, psoriasis, or, very commonly, an overgrowth of a yeastlike fungus called malassezia. use 2% ketoconazole shampoo , apply for five minutues to wet hair, then wash . use atleast twice a week and wash your hair remaining days with regular shampoo.
