Head if Epidydimal calcification. Side?

Hi doctor I complain of left testicular pain for nearly one year it is mild pain and intermetent on /off I talk levofloxacillin for 2 weeks and imroved at that time but the pain recurent I do yesterday doplerultrasound and find calcification in head of left epididymis Iam very concern about risk of infertility in future My doctor prescrib levofloxacillin and doxacyclin and naproxin sodium for two week Iam single and iam not sexialy active Iam very concern about risk of obstruction of these calcification and infertility Please advice me i even fear to do demen analysis i need please detailed advice honestly iam very fear about the complication the doplerultrasound says (both testicle and epididymis are normal in size and echo , course calcification at head of epidydimis of left side ? chronic epididymitis and no evidince of testicle cyste or mass dopler show normal blood flow no evidence of varicocel or hyrocel please need your advice
