Head and neck oncology

Question

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have had wide Glossectomy and modified neck dissection on 23 Dec of 2020. Now i am suffering from cervical lymphadenopathy since last four months. I have the USG Neck doppler test reports done at the interval of two months. My oncology team says that my enlarged neck nodes(level 5) are reactive and do not display any malignant features. Please help me. Thanking you !
