Im 25 yrs male weight 90kgs having bp normal 105/57,my body temperature usually 97.4-99.8 ,last year I got Typhoid after that I have undergone so many tests regarding temp,all normal ,if any work or excertion it increases to 99.2-99.6 after 1,2hour it 98.6,or even at lying on bed it is also normal ,so doctor told me that temp is diurnal variations it changes from time to time ,I'm vegetation taking millets as my food ,earlier vit b12 232,vit d 32,from 3 days while walking left leg getting like vibration ,and sometimes head reeling,and fast heartbeat ,what's the reason for this give answer ,
