Head ache , cough, running nose , fever

Asked for Male, 18 Years

My age is 18 ,I'm suffering from headache and cold for about 3 days . When I went to the medical shop they gave me Acaclorite plus tablet-2nos,azithrorite 500 mg-3 nos,raberite-D capsule-3nos. After taking these tablets for a day I feel it like heavy dose I can't even stand after taking these tablets. Can I still consume these tablets or would u suggest me some new medicine ?
