He s not speaking
My son is hyperactive. He s very playful. He has no hearing problem. He is not responding but he can understand everything and does everything cleverly. He at times utter few words. Please suggest some idea. Thanks in advance.

Needs to be evaluated by a clinical child psychologist or a pediatric neurologist to say the best. Hearing test to be done formally before probing further.
