He has premature Child has one left testicle ,is it surgery proper solution pls give me suggestions.

Sometimes premature babies have undescended or partially descended testicles.( testis which hasn't come down completely) Please get the baby examined to find out exactly where the other testis is located.  If it's inside the abdomen it needs to be operated soon . If it's outside then we can wait for it to come down.
