Hcq side effect. Heart rate - 72 bpm!

I'm a 23 year old healthy male. Everything was absolutely normal but the moment I took one tablet for corona prevention as I was exposed, i.e. HCQ400 I got palpitations and sweating and felt very weak for about 5-10 mins. Next day was fine but awareness of heartbeat started . Got an ecg done and got PACs and my physician says it's anxiety repeatedly, i am aware of my heart 24/7 unless I read a book or just ignore it. While lying down thuds keep coming but go away if I read a book. My only symptoms now is slight thuds( extra or premature beats) Don't understand how this is anxiety. Now also I'm perfectly normal it's been 8 months after taking hcq400. Thuds are slowly reducing on their own, attaching reports please help me sir. Sleep and all other parameters are normal except for these thuds when lying down, went for vaccination and these thuds increased after it for around 3 hours. Also should I take medicines like propranolol or clonazepam my bp also normal. Heart rate - 72 bpm
