HCG level getting down taken misoprostol

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My last period was on 22nd March 17, US shows no yolk sack, HCG level gone down to 55mCG my Gynecologist advised Tab Misoprostol 200mg 1 tab BD for 2 days, It lasted yesterday morning, i am feeling cramp in abdomen but bleeding yet not started, Please suggest what to do now
