Having white patches on hand and chest
My wife is having some white patches on left hand and not so visible white patches on left side of the breast as well. She and her parents claim that these are there since birth. She is 24 years old now. She tried homoeopathy treatment when she was in school. But that treatment did not gave any result and doctor suggested skin grafting surgery. As per her claims the patches are not spreading in the whole body. And no one in her family is having vitiligo. So, how can I make sure that she is not suffering from localized segmental vitiligo? Please advice.
