Tremor is an uncommon side effect of medication. Did you had occasional tremors even before medication started that is exaggerated/ increased after you started taking medication. Is the tremor affecting your daily functioning ? Do you feel any stiffness in your joints or muscles? Do you feel your movements slower than before? Has any body commented ? How long have you been taking medication for now? Your medication dose has to be reviewed by psychiatrist .
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist with a view to review medication

Tremor is a rare side effect with Desval. Are you on any other medication along with Desval? Mania is also treated with anti-psychotics which are much more common causes for tremors. In any case, pls talk to your treating doctor first to understand the cause for tremors. Drug induced tremors can be treated with some medications
