Having symptoms of Piles.
For the last one month opening of anus has swollen a bit and it is not reducing. I think it is the initial stage of Piles. Please give advice and suggest some cream to reduce the swelling. Can Dobesil-H cream help in this?

hey, in hemmorids (piles ) creams helps in reducing pain and swelling , it don't reverse the problem , have soft easily digestible diet , initial management include stool softener , stool bulking agents , sitzs bath if that fails go surgery
