Loose motion, weakness, raw and bad burps, etc are the side effects occuring past month. Any advice as to what is causing this and how to correct this ?

Looks like infection 1. Tab. Ornof twice daily for 5 days after meals 2. Cap. Rablet D once before breakfast for 10 days 3. Cap. Darolac once a day after lunch for 5 days 4. Ispagula husk 2 scoops with water before sleep daily for 5 days 5. Tab. Normaxin twice daily for 5 days Have curd in diet Avoid milk No alcohol or smokes Avoid outside food , fried and excessive spicy food
