Having regular pain in breasts from last 7-10 days, Earlier undergone sonography and got impression as "Small well defined hypoechoic lesions both breasts s/o fibroadenomas" "Fibrocystic changes both sides" "Small b/l reactive axillary lymph nodes"
Pls suggest.
