Having pain in lower abdomen during MC

I am having constant pain in lower abdomen as well as in back. Also having heavy bleeding from Friday. Can anyone please suggest what to do ?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .You can take a tab. Meftal-spas when the pains are severe. And start taking tab. Supracal Pro once a day after food for a month. And tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month. Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
