Having pain behind my eye
From last seven days i am experiencing pain behind my eyes.First it was in right eye then it shifted to left one .I don't know what is it .I  have no problem with my eyes my vision is perfect .Last time i have done my eye checkup in december .Currently i am working in an Australian company i have to sit all the time in front of my laptop and i have been working there from past six months.So is it due to continue exposure of blue light to my eyes or is it something else.Or shall i start wearing glasses during my work .And even i have to wakeup 5 in the morning and i sleep 12pm in the night. Please help me out. Thankyou

Hello Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop
