Hello there. I can understand your concern. Very incomplete history you have given here. What's your sugar levels like? What medications are you currently on? Hypertension? Cholesterol issues? You can take a tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month and tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Best regards.
