Having irregular periods
I am 24 years old. when i was 18 i got my first period. after dat i didnt get period. i got treatment for dat but now problem is that if i l take medicine only then i l b on periods otherwise not.gap can b 6 months also. i dnt have any kind of pain. several times i have taken progestron and estron and i got the period. Can u pls help me out

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Irregular menstrual cycles can be due to many reasons like anaemia, thyroid disorders, pcod, fibromas, stress, drug intake. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations including ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, hormonal profile. Don't just keep tablets on your own. kindly consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
