Having fever, chills and urination prob

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I'm a 40 yr old female. I have been getting chills and high fever for the last ten days, and also urinating problem. It burns while passing urine. I also feel bloated all the time. I think it's because of the medicine folvite folic acid tablet that the doctor prescribed to me two weeks ago. I think folvite is for women that are pregnant but I'm not
