Having eczema or psoriasis like patches

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am carrying multiple patches on my body mainly on scalp, scrotum bag, penis, anus, left fore leg. At these patches my skin has become thick n scaly, a sweet itching sensation always engages one of my hand on them and I end up with these patches bleeding n lots of skin shredded down. I am frustrated, depressed and want a permanent solution for this problem. Please help.
