Having cough from 8days not severe

My granny is suffering with cough it's not severe but she is coughing twice in an hour of time. She is getting jelly substance also it is not severe she is full active. No other symptoms fever etc etc she is perfectly alright. Please suggest some medicine as I am not ready to take her outside becoz of outside pandemic situation.

Give tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once daily , Ascaril expectorant 1 teaspoon thrice daily for 5 days. Let her take warm water through out the day. Give her plenty of fresh fruits.
