Having all pregnancy symptoms
Hi doctor, I have almost all pregnancy symptoms, but test today morning I did is negative 1. Just spotting I saw 2 weeks before 2. Having sore breast ( not always but some times) 3. Cramp type pain in lower obdomen( not always but sometimes mostly at night times I think mid pain kind) 4.having vomiting sensation and head ache ( like head seems to be too much weight) especially during afternoons 5. Having little discomfort near hip joint 6. Having Dry eyes 7. Tiredness almost all time What this might be any other disease I got my last period on 1 st March 2019, tsh is 4.8 Please suggest what it might be
