Having a stomach pain
Having stomach pain from morning in upper abdomen in both left and right , also havibg very gad from past 2-3 days now gas smell is having a foul odour from today

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Gas can mean many things and everyone has a different defination of gas. For some its acidity and for some its burps and then there are other for whom its farts. Which is your problem.? Anyways, take a cap. Pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination like cap. Pan-L once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Drink lots of water and consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management if it doesnt subside. Best regards.
