Having a pain in the whole left region
Hi,I am 25 years old,experiencing a tinging pain in the left side of the heart,and eventually spreads to whole of the left side..I sometimes also experience burning sensation in that upper and side region of the breast.not sure whether it is happening due to gas or due to stress, because I stress a lot and also have gastric indigestion frequently!

It seems non cardiac, not related to heart.
Get other tests done like vit b12, vit d
