Hi,
I am suffering from these problems:
a) stiffness in the morning
b) having trouble when I am stepping on the steps while going to a platform in a metro station
c) weakness
d) further I am facing these problems:
-- I am struggling to run for about 2 kms
-- cant do push ups more than 20
-- if i try to do pull ups on a bar, its a big struggle
