Have the ALS gene, can I get Botox
If I have the ALS gene but do not have ALS am I able to get Botox? Will Botox trigger the gene to mutate ?

Botox wont trigger the gene to mutate. ALS as a neurodenegerative affecting the muscular function but the facial motor muscles are not commonly affected. In my opinion ALS is not an absolute contraindication against botox. As a matter of fact, in ALS, botox is also used to supress the excess salivary gland secretions. Hope this was helpful.
