Have question about the antibiotics
My daughter was given antibiotics intravenously through drip but not diluted with saline. It was injected in the drip on the hand. It was painful for her. Someone told me they could have diluted with saline. It is right? I hope I never have to take my Lil one to hospital but if I need to I will try to make it less painful. Could the antibiotics be diluted with saline? It was lung infection.

Antibiotics are always diluted because all of them are in powdered form. Children are usually given direct injection in 10cc syringe.
