Have cramps but no period
I'm 20 years old from my last month period I'm experiencing delay. Last month it got 6 days from my random cycle. This time its delay again 6 days over now. Well I'm experiencing cramps from last two days but no period. I know that I'm not pregnant because my husband went on tour January last. By the way we got married January first and I had my first sex after it. But the period after that came on time. So I'm sure I'm not pregnant. What will be other causes. Kindly help me with your response.

With just this much information, there could be a lot of things.
