And I understand your condition totally.
I cam say that there is not need to worry about. these are called neavous that which are just like our birthmarks. But there is one more possibility that can be heat prickles that are caused because of excessive. Sweat. But if there is anything that is coming out from it in the form of puss or water then you need to consult. A doctor.
