Deep venous reflux in right superficial femoral vein
thrombosed varicosities with calcification 20-22cms knee posteriorly
Incompetent perforator in posterior and medial aspects of right leg
Multiple reticular veins along right thigh arising 13cms above knee
No evidence of deep venous thrombosis

Ya. So for this you will have to consult a vascular surgeon.
Nothing much can be done about this on this platform.
Don't delay and if you cannot find a vascular surgeon, consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
