Grade1 venous reflux

Asked for Male, 70 Years

My father has diagnosed with grade 1 deep venous reflux in common femoral vein and saphano funeral junction and great saphano vein are showing incompetant valves and gross reflux. Lease suggest what should we do, and is it urgent procedure Shall we go with sclerotherapy or laser abalation
