Hardness under penis head
I having a hardness only under my penis head when my penis is not erect . it is not visible but i can feel the littel hardness its does not pain or anything .when my penis is erect i cant feel ANYTHING abnormal but im feeling that harndes under my penis hard from past month .is this normal ?
