Hard stool
Having hard stool.facing problems in motion....very allergitic with milk and milk products.....does it ends up with piles?...what precaution and medications shall be taken

hello, I understand your feeling. hard stools is because of taking less amount of water in a day than you should normally do. and also because of lack of diet fiber in your diet. you will have no problem of stools if have 2-3 liters and having leafy vegetables, carrots, cucumbers, banana, oranges bendi, any thing above as a part of your diet. moreover if a person is allergic to milk or milk products there won't be hard stools but increased frequency of stools in a day. Thank you
