Hard bump near anus opening painful

Asked for Male, 31 Years

From last night I felt a hard and quite big bump near my anus opening. It is painful and I am worried for it. I am having a feeling like I want to urinate but it's not so. Passing gas is relieving. I have a constipation problem as in it takes me a lot of time in toilet. And i have to sit for a while to completely finish my potty. This is in general. Please suggest me what can be the problem and how will it be relieved?
